HOW TO GET AN INTERNET CONNECTION
To get connectivity to Internet, you must first be connected to our wireless network installed in the Hotspot. You can identify our networks by looking for the ESSID delfyNET. So if you have a Wi-Fi computer, you must choose the network with an ESSID called delfyNET. If you can not find the delfyNET network, please check if your computer has a switch to activate the Wireless Access.

To search the proper network, the available options depends on the PC and Operating System. However, check if your computer has an option such as "View", "Search", "Explore", etc..; to view available networks and "connect", "Select",  “OK"and so on., to connect to the network. Remember that your network is delfyNET.

If you do not have a wireless computer, please ask at the frontdesk the alternatives to easily convert your computer into Wireless.

 

 

 


   

STEPS TO GET INTERNET ACCESS
Once you are connected to the Wireless network, you just must open your Internet browser. Regardless of the configuration of your computer and your browser, you will be greeted by a delfyNET’s screen.

 

 

If you already have your username and password, please enter it and press on the Ok button. Otherwise, you can get it at the frontdesk.

 

   

HOW TO LOGOUT
If you are already connected to Internet, your session is logged in the delfyNET platform for your own security, as no other user can get logged in with your username and password. To logout, there are 3 alternatives:.

TIMING WINDOWS
If your configuration does not block pop-ups, when you get the Internet access, a timing windows will be showed displaying the remaining time.

There you can find a button labeled "Logout." Click on the button and turns off automatically.

 

   

WITHOUT A TMING WINDOW
If your setting blocks the pop-up, you can get the timing windows by entering either the URL http://1.1.1.1 or http://1.1.1.1/Time (depending on the network where you are).

IF YOU TURNED OFF THE PC
If you turned off the PC, please wait for 10 minutes before trying to get access again. In addition, if you are inactive during 5 minutes or more, the system will consider that you are disconnected and will ask you again for your username and password.
